    its been 2 weeks since i encountered this weird thing with my V,ill try to be as accurate yung pag describe ko sa issue nya at sana matulungan nyo ko mga master on what to do

    issue

    ililipat ko nang parking si V pagstart ko like ussual na ginagawa ko painitin ko muna mga 5 mins then put it in R (reverse) ok naman sya mga 100 meters then when i put it on D (drive) kagat agad dahil magmamaneobra ako while in drive napansin ko pahina nang pahina yung hatak nya kaya ginawa ko i put in nuetral muna then r as is walang nangyari kahit naka D or R naka nuetral pa rin sya need ko off engine and turn on ulit gagana na sya thats the first symptom na nagloko si V

    next day nagcheck ako less than 200 meters while in D nawawala talaga hatak need off engine ulit then on pero me time na pagoff ko at start ulit ayaw na kumagat sa drive or reverse

    so I called my trusted mechanic and check my v kung ano nagiging sakit nya and tell me that we do atf flushing muna after flushing ganun pa rin so ang final verdict is tranny overhaul/rebuild,

    no blinking d4,no checke engine light

    so ayun nirebuild nila tranny all oil seals,gaskets and clutch disk has been replaced pati atf genuine honda nilagay dahil napakaselan daw ni V then test drive namin im from blumentritt near lrt station drive ko papunta north cemetry )in case magloko d ako magcause nang traffic :grin ) ok shifting binibirit ko but on our way home naghighrev na naman sya at kahit naka Drive (D4) ay nawalan na naman nang hatak so ang nangyari off ongine then on ok na ulit but me time na nagdrag si V at nawawala na hatak that was around 5pm we let it cool ikot ok na naman but pag pauwi na kami nagkakaganun pa rin,ang sabi ni mechanic i check nya kinabukasan yung mga solenoid kung ok daw

    the following day after office hour bumalik si mechanic and checked the soleniods ok naman daw ang reading ang ginawa inikot namin para uminit at nireading nya ulit ok naman daw at d nagloko si V dahil siguro d ganun kalayo ang narating namin

    and this morning naglakas loob ako ihatid mga anak ko to school using V blumentritt to tayuman pritil ok naman sya d nagloko by the way ang takbo ko pinakasagad ay 60kph dahil naphobia nako biritin baka magloko na naman at itirik ako with my kids

    mekaniko will be back this sunday ulit para ibaba aulit ang tranny baka daw meron mga seals na nasira

    pagod nako kakaisip at malapit na sumuko pati bulsa ko para mapatino si V meron po ba kayo mapapayo na pwede ko sabihin ke mechanic ko para macheck nya?

    by the way yung mechanic ko charged me 35k for reman tranny

    malapit na po ako sumuko dito ke V sana po mapayuhan nyo ko nang mga pwedeng i check nyapa para mapatino

    pagpasensyahan nyo na po sobrang haba i want to be as precise sa mga nangyayari ke V

    same symptoms sa akin. gen1 crv. pag uminit na ang makina, kahit i-high rev mo nawawalan ng hatak. kailangan i-off makina ng few minutes para lumamig para magkaroon ng hatak.

    instead of going for a "remanufacture" i opted to get a surplus tranny. this was in early 2010. the crv is still ok until now.

    around 30k gastos ko that time for the surplus tranny and the labor. sa speedworks ko pinagawa (sa c3/araneta pa sila at that time).

    Hi sir thank you for sharing i opted to remanufacture since i have a bad experience sa surplus tranny way back hays napakahirap nang ganito me sasakyan ka pero nakakatakot gamitin [emoji24]

    Sometimes you have to ask yourself, is the mechanic or technician competent? Qualified and experienced techs do not really bargain the price of the service. If you find the service cheap or inexpensive you begin to doubt the quality of work. Also, just because the bill is high it doesn't mean excellent service. Incompetence is all around.
    I feel sorry for predicament.
    Find an equipped and competent technician. It goes with the saying:
    You get what you pay for.


    There was no mention of diagnosis in your first post. It went directly to the "overhaul".
    Many mechanics are merely parts replacer. I hope you find a competent one.

    I forgot to tell that they do a series of test like scanning the system bago mag conclude na reman tranny and the problem is mechanical

    I will give them one last chance pag d pa rin nila naayos i have no choice ill let go of the car at maghanap nang ibang unit

    ^ that may be too late. why don 't you seek a 2nd opinion from a tranny specialist before going back to your trusted mechanic?

    what's your location ba? i'm sure there are peeps here who can point you to the right direction

    Im in manila sir, bigyan ko pa one last chance if ganun pa rin takbo ko kay speedfix a reputable shop in banawe or ill just find another car na lang siguro [emoji17]

    i am curious.
    is it easily possible, to simply swap a MT box for that AT box, along with the manual stick?

    oops! i take it back.. wala palang clutch pedal...

    From a friend i think pwede po sir but need palit gauge and some modification sa comp box
