I need a big help for my unit.
Model: 2002 GSR
Engine was upgraded to 6A12 MIVEC V6
including the transmission (from INVECS to M/T).
I want to convert it to A/T with the
same 6A12 Engine, is it possible?
How much will be the cost and where can
I have the job done?
Thanks in advance..

you should have bought a engine with an Automatic transmission in the first place
hassle yan pero doable
all you need is
automatic tranny
ecu(AT)
wiring harness
shift stick for AT(the whole assembly inside the car)
panel gauge?
some mountings (fabrication if not available locally)
ok na mekaniko
doable but not advisable

Yes, doable, but not advisable.
Why would you want to do that? If you get the 4AT INVECS for the 6A12, it'll be like you didn't change the engine at all.
I've driven conversions with both the 6A12 and 6A11, and while they're nice and high-revving, when attached to the INVECS 4AT, there's very little difference in raw pace between them and the stock motor until you get to higher speeds. You might as well have not changed the engine in the first place if you're going to saddle it with the 4AT.

i see, so it's actually doable with 4AT INVECS for a 6A12 MIVEC but
that is to say i'll sacrifice it's potential right?
i'm passing my car to my sis and she cannot do well with M/T most
especially a GSR with 6A12. so either I plan to sell the car and buy
her a unit with matic transmission or proceed with this plan.
i just want to save the looks of my GSR because i liked it so much.
since you guys said it's doable, can you give me advice on where to
take it for the job, and i mean it for an all-in-job (service and parts).
