Four Gear problem

Tanong ko lang kung ano dahilan kung bakit ayaw pumasok sa four gear kotse.
Drive kasi ako ng manual na kotse kahapon and ok naman takbo nya..but nung pabalik na kami ng bahay ay nahihirapan ako ilagay sa fourt gear ang gear shifter. Pwede naman sya sa 1, 2 and 3 pero ayaw pumunta ng shifter sa 4. Mahal pa paayos nito?

It could be shifter forks and it could be a misalignment of the linkage, But my money is on the synchronizer rings that move the gear into place. These rings wear out and can cause this same issue.

You can try this. Don't use the clutch....when going into 4th from third. pull back on the stick and let off of the gas, once it frees from third it should pop into 4th. if not it is definitely the sync rings, This will run you
some hundred pesos() in any tranny shop. Good luck!
