Good day everyone! I own a Nissan Exalta STA 2000. Just wanna know what are your shifting points? Yung exalta ko kasi nag early shift. When I depress the accelerator pedal and release it while running on a 30km/hr speed, mararamdaman ko na nag shift siya sa higher gear. So pag dine press ko unit yung accelerator pedal, mahihirapan siya to get the momentum cause walang bwelo. What could be wrong? If tuloy-tuloy naman ang depress sa accelerator pedal from a stop, ayos ang shifting points.

shifting points in an AT depend on the speed and the rev.
in your case, mukhang ok naman.

mukhang tama naman ang pagshift ng sasakyan mo.
normally sa sentra shifting points for stepping lightly on the accelerator are:
    1st to 2nd gear *20kmph and 2K rpm
    2nd to 3rd gear * 40kmph and 2K rpm
    3rd to 4th gear * 60kmph and 2K rpm

pwede pang mapaaga kapag na-depress mo ng mas maaga yung accelerator just like sa nangyayari sayo * 30kmph shift to a higher gear na. if you say that walang bwelo you simply step on the pedal harder para mag adjust siya, the transmission will down shift para needed na power mo.

teknik yan pag release ng pedal sa A/T to upshift early... if you need to down shift, just press the pedal further until mag downshift sya.. ayun may bwelo ka na...

malaki ba ang diperensya sa FC mo if you are a "heavily footed" driver as compared to light lang pag apak mo sa gas in A/T vehicles?

Very. On a light foot the AT will shift up early (before 2k rpm minsan). A heavier foot will make it shift slightly later. Floor it and it will go all the way to redline.

ung iba kasi mabagal mag accelarate, kulang sa hatak mapapa diin apak mo sa accelerator pedal.

Don't let the overtaking bicycles bother you. Swallow your pride if you want to save gas

Thanks for the input! Akala ko sign of a bad AT transmission yung pag early shift when you depress the accelerator pedal. It's more of a technique pala. Thanks guys! Minsan kasi pag going uphill yung road, walang Batak pag nag early shift siya.

Pag light footed ako, pag medyo paras yung road, nahihirapan yung car bumilis. Connected din kaya sa engine to? Loss of compression yung engine ko e. the readings were 120-120-70-80
