in a whole clutch assembly, what specific part that needed to replace when you want a super "kapit" na pick-up (response).
    thanx, more power.

Hmm... we have done something to my flywheel that really helps interms of power transfer. It's hard to explain how it was done. Utilizing the stock flywheel machined to match the exact dimensions of the clutch disc plate, balanced to minimize excessive vibrations. BUT not lightened, so that torque bend is not affected in the process.

Clutch disc is usually the culprit. Be warned, rivets from clutch disc can cause damage to your flywheel assembly. When you hear some noise underneath the tranny, clutch release bearing maybe worn out or misplaced.

    Ungas:

mangyan & ryan_pogi::: Contact Edwin F. +639178392862, tell him Ungas referred you about the flywheel he made on my rig.

Just depresss your clutch again and release it slowly to eliminate the sound. Monitor your clutch, if it shows any sign of sliding then change all the 3 components of your clutch system.

isama nyo na rin palitan yung pilot bearing/bushing, pag may diperensya na rin ito, it may cause vibrations. nasiraan ako dati ng clutch ng safari - nag stuck up yung release bearing tapos kinain nya yung pressure plate... hindi na mai-clutch, napilitang ibaba from banawe ifugao to dagupan city na walang clutch...

    isa pa.
i understand na di advisable ang lightened fly-wheel sa daily drive. it will lose inertia or momentum (CMIIW). even nakatapak ka sa clutch or naka neutral ka, para kang nag e-engine brake.

racing clutch or racing only clutch, why di pwede sa daily drive?
if you use this, what is the effect?

Torque band is affected tremendously. Though I would not recommend it, better stick with flywheel balancing.

Or for more engine stability, complete engine balancing and stress relieved to ensure engine parts extended lifespan.

A sliding clutch is one of the more obvious dynamic effect.
