Just wana know if there is oil filter present inside the Matic Tranny?
appreciated your info.

Or hindi ba ito nabubuksan para linisin or idrain totally ang oil tranny?

Unfortunately, there's no ATF filter in the '00 Civic 4A/T. However, the drain plug does have a magnetic tip to catch metallic debris inside the tranny.
