changing a/t shifter?

i wanna change the shifter on our terrano. because its a converted one so the button is on the right side it looks like this:




any ideas? thanks amigos.

the easiest way other than looking around for a compatible shifter is to have the entire shift rod cut at the bottom, turn it around then re-weld...of course by a reliable smith
