Changing ATF Fluid completely (DIALYSIS PROCESS)

My Diesel innova has 65k km and I haven't replaced my atf, ever.

The manual says Toyota Genuine ATF Type-IV. My concern is, do I have to get this exact brand or type. Where do I source this out, are there other legit sellers or casa only? Can you guys recommend a trustworthy and competent shop do this procedure. QC area sana guys. Happy New year!

Let Exalta do the dialysis and buy the ATF sa Banawe corner Kitanlad. Nakalimutan ko pangalan ng shop, parang letter E yung simula nung pangalan. I'm getting my Toyota spare parts and fluids doon. Naka-de lata yung ATF for Innova.

is the dialysis process better than normal oil plug remove and replace?

My Innova diesel is already in 40K.
I dont know what type of AT replacement will i do, manual remove plug and replace, pull down oil pan or dialysis?

does the innova has a replaceable AT filter sa loob ng pan or nililinis lang yun?

drain and fill is the recommended process but you have to do it every 24months so that "some" of the fluid is clean.

Do you have the 4sp or the 6spd? I think either of the two will take Toyota Type-WS

The old innova uses type IV. New innova has WS

i have 4speed. Toyota T-IV.

yes that will be my option drain and fill then change every year, or dialysis then pull down pan on the next 40k.

the innova is just city driven and usually 1-2 passengers only no heavy load.

I just had my ATF dialysis at Exalta Banawe. P600, took about 30 min only.

Naninibago nga ako eh. Hindi ko alam if dahil sa bagong parts na pang ilalim tapos bagong align. Ang bigat ng feeling parang ang bagal. Naka 60 to 80 ako pero di ko ramdam. Tapos slight step sa pedal nag 3000 rpm. Basta iba. Haha.

yun steering mo mabigat diba? dahil siguro sa mga pang ilalim na parts kaya tumigas/bumigat. yun sa pag taas ng rpm, not sure what's the cause. btw pag nag suggest sila pagawa mo yun RNP, ay pagawa mo na baka lumala tapos di na maging repairable at mapilitan ka mag palit ng buo.

Did they use the proper atf for your car? Kung agad umaangat ang rpm like what you said, baka sobrang labnaw yun atf na ginamit.

Yup they did. I think nanibago lang ako. Nabigatan kasi ako so I was probably revving harder and I wasn't used to how quickly it can respond. Now I've gotten the hang of it na.
