after running my engine and already in its normal operating temperature, my reverse becomes cranky, rinig mo yon gears while going to reverse, going to 1st gear is not as smooth as the from a cold start engine.

clutch disc replacement will fix it?

    How long would it take?

    estimate of the cost

the esi clutches really have a tendency to crunch going into reverse. try replacing the gear oil and see if that improves it a bit. or try to double pump the clutch before putting it into reverse.

mine is a 2 door hatchback with stock engine, ganon rin ba talaga ang clutch non? dati kasi di naman. or maybe i just spending more time na ngayon sa car kaya ko feel na iyon, hehehe!

Will try to change gear oil, tagal na rin siguro di pa change yon, if palit ba ng clutch disc, engine will also stay at the engine bay just like changing timing belt?

    yup ganun din.

unless you need to open up the engine, all work to it can be done with the engine in the car.

had the timing belt changed na. 95,000KM.

this is a tranny oil problem, malamang hindi pa or matagal na napalitan tranny oil mo. I had this problem in my previous car, at cold start ang hirap ipasok from 1st to second pero after a few minutes okay na, when we drained the tranny oil grabe ang lapot, I just replaced the tranny oil and everything worked out fine.

Maybe that will solve your reverse problem too.

ano problem ng 94 civic clutch ko?
