I solved my problem. I have a 2nd cellphone w/ SMART simm setup with a SMS/TXT bomber app and sent the pest one sms every 7 seconds. Given the pre-paid load is a SMART UNLI good for 15days, the pest got more than a taste of his own trash during those 15 days.
