    Yung kapatid ng kaibigan ko personally pumunta sa office ng LTO para kunin yung plaka nya, don't know which branch. Nung binigay sa kanya, pareho ang coding sa other car nya, hiningian lang sya ng proof na pareho ang coding, pinalitan naman daw ng ibang ending.

    ganito ang narinig ko sa owners na personal kinuha ang plate sa LTO. Need lang daw proof.

    I hope this is always the case. Since mukang balak akong perahan ng SA ko. Sabi ko kasi wag lang monday or friday yung coding, sabi nya malamang may bayad daw, processing pa ORCR ko kaya di pa namin napag uusapan masyado.

    Nagbayad din ako sa SA. I did not have the time to go to LTO and at the end of the day, mas mura pa rin kaysa bumili ng bago or even yung special plate.

    My former boss and other office mate decided to get new cas from mazda. Di ko afford yung solution na yon

    OT lang, I can't find the LTO thread. GRRR anyone knows LTO's email except ltombox*lto.gov.ph?
    It seems the above mentioned email is not working, got this response...Delivery to the following recipients failed
