My wife sent this to me a couple of weeks ago and I got lazy to answer it "correctly" so I still don't know the answer.

Of course, I made an attempt to answer it and I got it wrong. With the hint our moderator gave us, it should be easy now.
Why give such questions to a genius? Ask them harder things like the rate of change in area of a function along a certain axis. Or maybe the amount of charge in the middle of a circular hole on the surface of a charged sphere.

    I think it should be 6 + 10 x 4 = 46. I'm using my eyeglasses right now so I made sure I won't be tricked this time.

I think something is missing, 8 and 9. So the code could either be 087 or 097. I'm interested to know the answer.

EDIT: The name is Bond, James Bond. 007

No regrets being an engineer. I can't imagine what you do. I had a mandatory training in first aid and later an advance one, we were required to use a syringe.

Every sweat glands on my body was working double time and we were just practicing on a piece of meat!

I remember when I was a kid, I couldn't stand watching my grandmother as she "prepares" the hen to become a chicken. What do you call that in English?

I studied engineering in my college days but I joined the IT industry right after graduation. I really wanted to enrol myself to a flying school but my family didn't have the money nor the means to pay for more than a million pesos to get me thru flying school.

My aunt offered to sponsor my schooling for med school but I refused. Medicine was not something I even thought about even when I was young. If I did get to be a doctor, I would have opted to dwell deeper on oncology. At least when dealing with cancer patients, every survivor is a miracle. The rest would be dead anyway. Hehehehe

"pag nabuhay, magaling kang duktor. pag namatay, it is the will of God."
with that kind of logic, how can you lose?
    heh heh.

    apologies to the oncologists.

    "dressing".
i don't get it. why do they call it "dressing the chicken", when they are in fact undressing it of its feathers, head, and innards?

Its the same in the military. When you are in "dress uniform" you are wearing the short sleeved version or you folded the sleeves of the BDU. But when you are in long-sleeves, you are in "undress uniform".
