Pwede ka bang hulihin kahit cautious naman pag right turn? Hinuli kasi ako sa davao city, dahan sahan naman pag kaliwa ko, reckless driving agad, 1500 pa naman yun

if there is no sign that says bawal... puede.

i was once accosted for turning right on red light.
"magandang umaga po. kumanan po kayo sa red light."
"opo. buti na lang, hindi bawal."
"have a good day, po. drive safely."

of course! every road maneuver we do should always be done "with caution".

there was once a pair of hitch hikers. on their shirts were written, "caution" on one, "care" on the other.
