    wawww!!! that will be very very exciting....having a baby and becoming a father for the first time.... a blessing indeed....

    and moving to a new unexplored place, going out of your comfort zone will add some more excitement and anxiety.....

    forget about the car......you can replace it with a better one on a new place that you are going.....
