    Hi guys,

We were planning to have the baptism of our second child (daughter) next month and we have been wondering/wandering for a good and unique give-away for this special event. I would just like to request for your best opinion on what item we could stick on looking so we could concentrate against a vast selection of items. We would also like that the item to be practical, functional and customized since it wil be the adults that will be receiving this memento. Since it will be practical, then definitely it must be affordable since we'll be mass producing this for at least a 100 pcs. BTW, we tried looking on some samples from Papemelroti and to other department stores and it seems the styles are all very common.

    TIA.

hmmm. sa akin lang ito ha? pero if you can avoid it, avoid giving out small figurines and trinkets which will have no use to the reciepient. it will just gather dust at their house.

more practical giveaways include: inspirational pamphlets, shot glasses, glass coasters, personalized pens, etc.

    imho lang ulit ha?

yeah, if you can do away with those figurines and stuffs, IMO something useful na nga lang pero not consumables naman as this will tend to be useless after some time.

If majority mga officemates din naman ang attendees, might as well give them something na magagamit sa ofc like coffee mugs or cups with your child's name imprinted on it...Again IMHO lang din!

Good Luck bro and Congrats po sa daughter nyo...Welcome to the Christian World.

Thanks guys for all your opinion. Yeah, most of the guests will be officemates and friends. I also don't like those figurine things and stuffs, very common kasi.

Am thinking of something really useful in office or at home...

    other suggestions:
you can give them (if budget permits) a 128 mb to 256 mb flash disk drive with your kid's name on it.. yung mumurahin and generic lang.

CD case (capacity of 10-20 CDs), with your kid's name on it.

stainless steel keychain with an angel in front, tapos your kid's name engraved at the back.

a ring rosary na may nakaengrave na occassion/kid's name at the back.

or since, gusto mo yung useful sa office:

    a pen holder
memo pad na may nakalagay ng christening nung kid's name mo sa case.

    useful sa house:

oven toaster? coffee maker? hehehehe. just kidding.
