    Nakita ko lang tong article na to sa Philippine Mountain Biking Forum. Nangyari din to sa SLEX pero napa reverse din and sumunod na din yung NLEX na i exempt yung cars na may bikes and other sporting equipment.

    2 ways to beat the system.

    1. magpasok ka ng tangke or bulldoser para sulit anf bayad sa sinirang asphalt.

    2. Ipasok mo ng tagilid sa toll gate agn sasakyan para sigurado below 7 feet.

    If I am correct, I think this issue was already addressed? Vehicles with "top-load" will not be charged as class-2 vehicles.
