As ive asked in the comments section of the previous post about this car, if ever the owner decides to keep it this way (for some reasons) is it legal?
I assume no (common sense). Cause it post greater danger to public but i dont know for sure.
I know this pic paints a thousand words but he could be apprehended for some other reason like coding or no left/right turn.
Can you shed some light, masters?

Traffic enforcer was pointing at the plate number on the windshield, which is one of the violation.
If that was in taken in Makati, mahigpit sila sa proper display of plate numbers.

Illegal to put license plate under windshield. It has to be displayed up front. Only Atoy didn't leave space for it down there.
