Sir, ano ba ang SOP if its safe to make a right turn or left turn?
TY

yeah pinag tripan ka lang, hinuli ako diyan sinabi swerving daw, napamura ako sabi ko walang traffic violation na swerving sabi ko ipakita mo r.a. e.o. or city ordinance na bawal ang swerving, sakto may pulis na katabi tinawag ko, sabi ko kakasuhan kita ng extortion, at the end sabi ko sa kanya ang tamang citation is reckless driving

as always pahirap ang pasay t.e.

good thing tad tad ng camera auto ko 2 sa harap 2 sa likod and one on each side- proof that i don't violate any t.l.

i'm not sure pero "coral way" yata 'yun.
i think ts is talking about a road perpendicular to macapagal, no passing thru.

wala ngang arrows 'yung signal light. coming from coral way, kung "green" ang light mo,
saka ka lang maka- liko sa macapagal if you are pasay bound (left), siyempre, maka- liko ka rin
sa right if you are paranaque bound. wala namang pa- derecho.

kapag "green" ang light ng mga sasakyan going to coral way from macapagal,
siyempre, 'yung light sa coral way is "red". if you're from coral way, you cannot turn left,

dapat kasi, merong sign na "stop on red signal" or similar, before approaching the corner.

:bwahaha:

    yes, TS... you're right.
if there is no signage that says "right turn only with xxxx light", that means you can turn right at any time you deem safe.
if turning left naman, it's also the same... if there's a functioning traffic light but without arrows, you have to wait for the green "go cross the intersection" light to go on, before you can turn left, but only when you deem safe.. if there's no signage at all, you turn left when you deem safe.
few motorists remember that back in the 50s and 60s, when left turn signal lights were as common as hens' teeth, one turns left when the green "go straight" light turns on, or when deemed safe if there is no signal light at the intersection... and as far as i know, this practice has not yet been rescinded.

rules of thumb: unless otherwise indicated, the motorist going straight always has right of way; and
"what the law does not prohibit, it allows."

Basta pasay TE di ko pinapansin. Nagiimbento ng violation mga yan kapag gutom. Sayang lang oras mo kapag hinintuan mo kapag alam mo namang wala ka violation. Pramis di ka hahabulin.
