Guys hindi ko maintindihan yung Vanity plate and special plate. Ang vanity plate diba ipapatong lang sa existing plate mo (bnew & 2ndhand cars)? tapos yung special plate naman yun yung isang plate lang talaga para sa brandnew car right?
pwede yung ganito TOP 888, ZOE 888, ZIP 888, JOE 888.. yan ba yung 15k?
