Tutal nakatigil naman daw tayo sa traffic, pagagandahin daw nila yung mga tinitignan natin habang naghihintay umalis yung bus na nakaharang sa harap. :D

It's a good idea, should have been a national government initiative. Making cities in the Philippines as green cities, similar to Singapore.

But I agree that MMDA's traffic enforcement is pale, extremely anemic. Traffic enforcement in the Philippines is a joke, no credible teeth.

I agree. The plants look good but the traffic enforcement of the MMDA has gone for the worse indeed. A lot of their enforcers are nothing more than traffic wavers, they're not consistently at their posts on time, and to me it seems i see less and less of them on the road today.
