Hinuli siya dahil pumasok sa one way. Ang problem walang panikit ang nanghuli? Wala rin mapakitang mission order. Ang ginawa ng nanghuli ay nag tawag ng ibang kasamahan para tikitan ang nahuli niya..

Tama, clear violation of traffic rules, kahit walang ticket booklet yung nanghuli tumawag naman sya ng meron so walang issue dun.

Sabihin na nating mali yung nag one way na driver.. pero yung mang huli ka na wala kang panikit e di kaya madaan sa mabuting usapan na lang or simple na pangungutong..

entering a one way is just a minor violation, he could have made a mistake which can be easily forgiven with a warning due to the very confusing roads of metro manila plus the lack of proper signage...

i see the major mistake here is the lack of the violation ticket and the mission order, without these anyone can pretend to be a traffic enforcer and once he finds a violator who falls into one of his traps he/she will call in the real traffic enforcer which he/she is in cahoots with and just give him/her an incentive...

good thing if he calls a real traffic enforcer, what if he/she calls a gang of carnapers...

Mali ang nag one way, pero mali rin naman enforcer. Tama si driver 5 min lang dapat at isang enforcer lang dapat. Barado si enforcer sa mga sagot ni violator. Again, mali ang one way, pero hindi yun excuse para gumawa rin ng mali si enforcer

Base sa video. Nag sumbong sa base nila at advice ng base e patawarin na.. problem ayaw patawarin ang driver..
