    Yes that is a vanity plate. If Im not mistaken that is the premium series 15K.

    alam ko lang kasi is triple letter and/or number then 3-alph, 2 number.. pero pag baligtad 1stime ko nakita,e..

    sa may chevy north edsa going to SM-north ko nakita yan...

    I have also seen those on motorbikes, particularly BigBikes.


    The four digits first then the 2 alphabetic last: 7777 BM

    They are street legal.

    yup, vanity plates are to be placed at the rear and your car will not be exempt from color coding.
