when i was there, i came in early and took breakfast dun sa starbucks sa kanto ng UN Avenue.
dun ko na din iniwan yung oto ko...

This is correct parkingngan talaga doon sa tapat ng embassy. Meron naman mga cityhall parking attendant

My in-laws hava a visa appointment at the US embassy this last week of October. In the advent of the road clearing operations in Manila, do they still allow private vehicles to park on the service road in front of the embassy?

If ever they are not allowed, pwede pa ba magpark in front of Quirino grandstand or Museo Pambata?

Last January we parked on the other side, in front of Army Navy. Ito ung malapit sa pedestrian overpass kaya pagbaba mo sa kabila diretso sa pila na applicants, convenient. May resibo naman so legal sa city hall.

May nagpapa-park sa Quirino Grandstand. Not sure kung legit yung mga "resibo" nila though. Ocean Park parking is a few more steps away. I'd feel safer there.

May isang open area parking na katabi ang hotel. Be there before 7am para makapag park pa.
It is near the footbridge going to embassy.
