Volkswagen calls the structure "AutoTurm" (auto tower):

    http://www.autostadt.de/info/cda/mai...2~20~0,00.html

"In a fully automated procedure, your new car is brought down to you from one of the 20-story Car Towers. Large signboards in the Customer Center show you when your turn has come. Then, you're handed the keys, your picture is taken, the glass doors open and your brand-new car appears. You're all set to go."

Eto trial na sa DUBAI.. hindi ko lang alam kung same ng nasa pictures... pero Robotic parking daw..

    HOW TO PARK A CAR

A MOTORIST shall command the system through a missed call to activate the system to computing senses that provide the ë-intellectual preparation’ process. The system then acknowledges the command by initiating complete system review, diagnostic tests and safety checks.

A platform is then provided for the calling motorist's car. Once the motorist's car is on the platform and the motorist has stepped outside the system safety perimeter zone, the system will again initiate another complete system review, diagnostic test and safety check prior to ascending the car to its pre-assigned vacancy. For safety reasons, the parking operation begins only after the motorist has pressed a green switch before exiting the structure.

How to Retrieve a Car: A call to the system from a mobile phone number used for parking the car commands the system to retrieve the vehicle. The system acknowledges the command by initiating a complete review, diagnostic test and safety check. The system is by then ready to retrieve the platform on which the car is parked whilst confirming the system review.

The company behind the system intends to experiment in other emirates of the country as well. According to East and West Robotics, a similar facility for 500 cars will cost Dh20 million.
