Trailer LTO registration?

Guys!

Ask ko lang po, currently po kasi we are under going preparations and construction for a flat-bed car trailer, diba po kailangan pa nito ng LTO registration? i've already checked the LTO website pero wala ako nakita na trailer registration. Ill be needing your suggestions and kung may mga experiences na po kayo na nagpa register ng trailer baka po pwede enlighten nyo po ako regarding this:

1. May trailer specification requirement ba na dapat sundin?
2. Anu anung document needed para mapa register?
3. Kung magdadala or magda drive ka with the trailer kailangan ba ng additional restriction level ng drivers license?

We've already checked sa websites and shops how much mga trailer, which only has a minimum available price na 44,000.00 and up. may kasama ng rehistro. baka po kasi mas practical kung gagawa then ipaparehistro na lang.

I just want to ask kung ano-anong 'yung mga suppliers/makers ng trailers ang nakita mo? I am looking for shops na gumagawa ng undercarriages. Thank you so much!
