This I strongly agree. Kahit yung basic traffic rules lang pwede na. Para kahit hindi magdrive, may alam sa mga dapat gagawinj in certain situations. It can help a lot kapag may accident since marunong sila sa terminologies, rules and regulation, principles sa roads and what to look for as possible evidence.

June 22nd, 2020 07:59 PM #83If you guys think PUV drivers driving behavior cant get any worse, mas worst sila ngayon with only half passenger capacity.
May nakasabay ako na bus kanina, he was really reckless, parang gusto ma drop off na yun passengers and makarami ng byahe.
Kaya some people really dont pity these guys, sa commuters lang naaawa.

June 22nd, 2020 09:32 PM #84some time ago,
someone made a study.
trip time, end-to-end.
"regular speed" versus "faster speed."
the conclusion: the time difference was just a few minutes. it's probably not worth the increased fuel expense."
but it takes an intelligent driver to recognize the error of his ways.

June 22nd, 2020 09:51 PM #87i happened to tune in when the authority was being interviewed.
he defended the barrier. "hindi gumagalaw yang barrier na yan... designed to be visible.."
in my opinion, these barriers are hazards to safe driving.
1. the barrier occupies significant space. more so if the roadway is decidedly "not as wide as desired", of which edsa is such.
2. many of these barriers are difficult to see at night. because they are too dirty, the matingkad na kulay (kung meron nga) and reflector can not be seen.
3. the safer barriers are made of plastic. many of our barriers are made of concrete.
high...

meron kami nung gradeschool, pero limited lang sa mababaw na bagay like road signs and road markers and integrated lang sa english subject ata.
dapat magkaroon ng separate dedicated subject about pedestrian and driving. Tapos pakita mga gore road accidents videos para ma trauma... ok joke lang yun.
wow hahaha, kuha mo ito? need eto kumalat sa soc media hahaha.
mukhang nasigawan ang driver at konductor kaya pumayag pababain?
