i was in bangladesh not so long ago and it's pretty much like india i'd think. counterflow everywhere, cars/vans/etc have those steel/metal bumpers coz they literally bump you if you're slow (so says the manager who employs a local driver who hits those slow rickshaws that won't get out of their way).
