Traffic in BGC

Gusto ko sana i-try minsan yung edsa->pasong tamo ext->service road->C5 na route, pero dati kasi sobrang traffic din sa pasong tamo ext. Any idea guys kung nag improve na condition dun ngayon?

This is the route I've been taking this week, from Makati CBD to Pasong Tamo Ext-Service Road-C5. Pasong Tamo is not bad basta 7pm lampas. Tahimik na. Only choke point is near the underpass (where Alphaland mall is) and at the corner of Sales/Lawton and Pasong Tamo. But it's manageable because there's always traffic police in the latter.

When I check with Waze, it asks me to take Skyway-Resorts World Exit-Sales-Service Road-C5. Which I'm taking to mean that McKinley and Buendia flyover (or BGC itself) must be bad because these routes are nearer to my destination in Taguig.
