Male friend and he was there just a few years ago. He even made a nice poem about the P38.![]()
My first job offer when i was fresh out of college was with Jaguar too. Funny how i was applying at BMW Philippines that time and somehow ended up being called by the guys at Jaguar. Turned it down and ended up in banking and finance. A few months later, that same friend whom i mentioned worked at Jaguar gave me a call and was asking if i wanted to join the editorial team of one of the car magazines launched here in the country. Too bad i was already committed to my current work that time and had to turn it down.
On my way home at night, before the traffic on the flyover from Buendia to 32nd street isnt too bad... now it's becoming common for traffic to reach up to Buendia already.![]()
OT:
Ah ok. I was there when Jaguar was still in its infancy in the automotive market. I miss driving those classic XJ'sWilly Soong was very hands-on with our operations then. Bilib ako sa taong yun, even up until now he would still recognize me and engage in a bit of chit-chat.
BTT:
Maybe the only answer to a gridlocked BGC is a motorcycle ....![]()
Its just wishful thinking, the LTO Ayala guys did not give me a #1 restriction code when I renewed my license. They told me I need undergo "seminar" again at LTO East Avenue Main. So, until then (3 years counting) I'm stuck.
Re: SM ..... you see one ... you've seen them all. Have'nt you noticed that all of them have the same stores inside, same fastfood, same etc. across almost all branches.
The Ayala wealth grew thru the generations of stewardship by its family members. SM's Henry Sy got rich during HIS lifetime lang ... WTH, the guy must've pawned his soul to the devil .....
