Hmmmm.... marami ba dyan na magandang... kotse?

I saw the road before when it was opened all lit up. Probably don't want to pay for the electricity.

Speaking of dangerous, that Serendra road where the construction is, I snapped this pic a few weeks ago and you would see that the steel bars are being carried over the traffic without protection. The crane wasnt moving at all for probably more than 2 minutes.

Is this actually allowed???
