I had mine medyo po may kalumaan na...then bagong repaint ang oto ko ng white..so pag nakakabit po yung old plate, parang rice po ang dating kasi hindi malinis tingnan...
my question is, ok lang po ba na irepaint ko ng white yung plate ko then put reflective green stickers dun sa mga letters and numbers ko para malinis lang tingnan? hindi po ba TAMPERING yun?
medyo hassle naman kung magrerequest pa ako ng duplicate plate number sa LTO kasi daming papers and abala pa..

yes its tampering.
but if you would want to do that, much better if you can repaint it using the original colors. hwag mo babaguhin maski ano sa form.

*All: sometimes may mga nakikita akong private cars na white ang background but black yung letters and numbers nila

Instead of painting, try going to a sticker or sign shop and have them place a reflective white sticker and green letterings. Unless you go to LTO and request for a new set (declare the old plate as lost).
