Kahit good sense lang ang gamitin mo sa exam papasa ka na dyan.

This has been a hotly debated topic for years. A student licensee can operate a motor vehicle if he/she is accompanied by a "duly-licensed" person. Basta valid ang lisensya niya, pula man o berde, pro or non-prof. puwedeng mag instruct sa student driver. It is assumed the duly licensed person passed written and actual exams therefore they can teach the novice driver.
