Malas ni mamang bus driver naka kita ng katapat.

Sometimes you wouldn't be surprised why these bus drivers get shot at. Back in the day, there was a recklessly driven aircon bus along Commonwealth. Kaya bumunot na din ako. Bumunot ng camera. But since it was daybreak, I had to lower a window to get a good shot. When the driver of the bus saw me, he tried to run me off the road and the driver and conductor started making obscene and taunting gestures (nag hahamon). Di ko na pinatulan. Sabi ko one day, makakahanap din kayo ng katapat niyo.

Ito na siguro ang isa sa mga araw na iyon...

basta ako pag PUV ang na aaksidente sa isip isip ko buti nga sa kanila. sobrang balasubas kasi nung mga yan, just imagine ilan buhay ang nilalagay nila sa alanganin sa araw araw na pagiging balasubas nila sa kalsada. imagine ilan ang sakay nila tapos ang mga kotseng katabi nila at pati ang mga pedestrian na tatawid sa kalsada lahat yan nilalagay nila sa alanganin ang buhay pag balasubas sila mag maneho.

Correct me if im wrong pero may batas na nagaabswelto sa spouses pag tinatago nila asawa nila. Ang katwiran daw eh ganun talaga reaction ng asawa na protektahan ang asawa nila.

Hindi mo pa kilala ugali ng mga bus driver at conductor. Kung walang baril ang naka patay siguradong pinag tulongan sya ng bus driver at conductor nito.

Notorious na ata ang Solid North dito sa Dagupan sa ganyang ugali ng driver nila. Just two months ago sa terminal nila dito, L300 naman ang sapul. Kakaliwa si SN papasok sa terminal nila, nasa inner lane sya, at nasa outer lane naman si L300. Ayun inabot si L300.

I dont feel sorry for these two.

Bus drivers are notorious for their driving. Provincial buses in our area (Metro Manila-Sta. Cuz, Laguna) are relatively good boys but others I have encountered in other places esp Metro Manila buses are a**holes.

I am not familiar with rules of engagement for civilians with guns. But I could have given a warning shot then a shot to the leg.
Stones vs guns. A no brainer. But then again, I dont own a gun.

What is the take of the lawyers here? Is a self-defense defense defensible? heheh

For civilians, it is only allowed to draw when you intend to fire and kill. Drawing for show is gun toting or brandishing and is considered illegal. Shooting to disable means there is no imminent danger and imminent danger is needed so the shooter can come clean of the act. So when a civilian shoots, he should be in imminent danger and therefore have the intent to kill his opponent.

If the opponent survive, shooter will just claim he was a bad shot but his intent was to really kill in order to save himself.
