May tips/recommendations ba kayo for a new driver para at least maiwasan yung sobrang pagka silaw?

Make sure your windshield is clean inside and out. A dirty windshield tends to spread oncoming lights more than a clean one.

Don't look directly at the lights. Either look at the bumper of the vehicle you're following or look at the curb or lane marker so you will keep your position.

Its called headlight glare. Lots of anti glare solutions. Rayban or maui jim are my favorites polarized sun glasses. Or vkool auto tints.
