    Sharing my another driving experience....

    Pansin ko lang na hindi naman natin na-maximize ng PNR (Trains from Caloocan to Alabang).

    Would it be more practical to just pave the rails and let the buses provide the transportation, advantages will be as follows.
    1. Some of the buses on EDSA can immediately transfer to this new route
    2. It is easier to pave the road as PNR have already right of way
    3. Unlike the train where the train service runs on specific time, buses can be deployed as the number of passenger volume increase
    4. When a train breakdown, no other train can pass, when a bus breakdown towtruck lang ang kailangan.
    5. Trains need to be purchased abroad, bus can be built in the Philippines

    This can be done also with the North Rail Project, bakit tayo matatakot sa financing ng China e kaya naman natin patakbuhan ng bus ung route na intended for trains.

    Require new vehicles to have its own garage in a private property, not along streets and sidewalks or any government properties, before given registration papers.

    1st......
    8th..... Huwag magpatulog tulog ang mga MMDA....... POLICE......TRAFFIC ENFORCER......LTO....... LALONG LALO NA ANG MGA MAYOR MGA GAGO KAYO AYUSIN NINYO ANG MGA NASASAKUPAN NINYO

    Call it being crude, but these maniacal PUVs need to be put in their place, literally. Lines on the road are optionally followed. The yellow lane is just paint on the road for them. Geez!

    If you can keep them in their places, at least you've taken them out of the equation. Maniacal private and government vehicle drivers na lang.

    Parekoy..... disiplinado? Kahit magkaroon pa ng 5 generation ang filipino hinding hindi magiging disiplinado... kasi yung mga new driver at di pa marunong mag drive tinuturuan ng mag gulang sa kalye.

    1. Improve public transport;
    2. Improve peace, order & security so that even those who can afford not to ride any form of public transport will see the value in doing so;
    3. Don't stop building roads;
    4. Connect all major expressways and make as many exits as possible; and,
    5. Similar to what's being done on Commonwealth Ave., put a barricade to separate private & public lanes.

    Since sa Metro Manila lang naman sobrang sama ng traffic, let's have a congestion tax (via toll booths) for non-MM vehicles (except if they'll just passby and stay at NLEX-connector road-SLEX). If a household wants more than one car, file for a permit first per car (price: 1 Million each permit, non-transferable).

    Tapos, dapat iba ang license plate ng Metro Manilans for easy ID. We don't pay for congestion tax anymore to get in here. Although other cities are free to charge us their version of congestion tax.

    Wala ng pag asa na maging maayos ang traffic;nasa dugo na ng filipino ang ganyang ugali..... huwag na lng sa pagddrive... kundi sa mga taong naglalakad sa kalye at mall.... pansinin nyo paano sila maglakad...halos karamihan 80% mapa bata man o matanda...makikita nyo kpag may nakasalubong kayo.... diretso yan na kahit alam na magkakabanggaan kayo...kpag nabangga mo galit... mano umiwas ng kaunti at ikaw ganoon din.. pakita ng effort na mag iiwasan kayo hindi eh...didiretso tlaga... Saka yung naglalakad ka lalo na sa mall.. may magccross sa iyo tpos sabay tigil at doon pa mag uusap... wala kang magawa iwas ka.... eh yung alam na may pila...makikipasingitan pa.... Bakit ko nasabi ito... kasi sa pag lalakad lang ganyan na ang mentality ng filipino... kaya sa pag drive ganyan din ang filipino. Ang tanong..... papaano mapapaayos ang traffic .... sagot wala.
