So is it retroactive, meaning it covers all purchases that were made less than 1 year ago? Or does it only cover those bought from now onwards?

Law is effective August 7 yet
Unfortunately, the law is not retroactive so it is better to buy a brand new car or seal a contract to do so after the effectivity of the law
