One of the famous commentators on radio and a former broadcaster of DWIZ 882 KHZ AM, Percy Lapid, was ambushed and died in Las Piñas City at past 8 this evening. He was shot twice by motorcycle-riding men while on his way to BF Resort Las Piñas where he was supposed to do his online broadcast.
His last upload on his YouTube page was 6 hours ago.
His KBP ID and other cards named PERCIVAL MABASA were retrieved from his vehicle. He was alone in his vehicle. Rest in peace, Ka Percy.
