    pansin ko bigla...

since 5-7pm lang coding (except siguro sa Makati)

baka iniisip ng MMDA na kumain muna tayo or mag-coffee bago umuwi...

Upper class will buy an extra car
    mid class will buy food/coffee

i said to myself... this move is pure bullcr*ap

There's still hope... I believe the Metro Manila Mayors need to approve the 2-day coding proposal...

    yes,
mmda is powerless, if the metro mayors disapprove.

That’s what my daughter is doing now even without coding. If she leaves the office at 5, travel time niya will be 2+ hours, and she’ll get hungry along the way. So chill muna siya and dinner, then leave at 8 para 1 hour lang ang biyahe.

Haha parang ganyan sabi ng dad ko many years ago when I was still young. He was working in Makati then. He always goes home Kaye. Since traffic daw, might as well mag palipas daw muna ng oras sa mga bar haha.

    clearly,
the left hand wants folks not to travel to work.
the right hand wants folks to travel to work.

the medical students did one better.
nag-dorm / condo na sila, around the school.
puntaka starbuko near the condo, hayun... punong-puno ng medical students, "nag-a-aral".

Leave by 5, arrive 7pm. Leave by 8pm, arrive by 9.

I'd still take the 2hr drive vs 9pm makauwi everyday. Pagkauwi mo wala ka na magagawa but to sleep and get ready for tomorrow.

They can come to work late, leave work 7pm after coding.

MMDA seeks NCR mayors’ approval of 2 nights per week number coding scheme | CNN Philippines

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has confirmed seeking the approval of Metro Manila mayors to expand the number coding scheme to two nights per week.

MMDA chairperson Romando Artes on Monday said the proposal, which was presented to the policy-making body Metro Manila Council, could reduce traffic by 40% if implemented. The current scheme covers only one night in a week.
