    had my license renewed (plus change address) last weekend. walang 30 minutes kasama na medical! may clinic across LTO office. level 3 nga yata yun nang farmers, malapit sa exit nang MRT.

    the farmers branch only accepts old licenses, before 2001 ata because when i went there to renew mine, they said they don't have the 2002 onwards records daw, you'll need to get it from the main office or where you got your present license

    nag renew ako last month basta pakita lang ang original flight ticket at passport. Less than an hour sa LTO Main. Mahirap lang pumarada kya sa Phlippine Heart Center ako nag park commute na lang mula roon ng jeep.

    Less than an hour kasama na ang Medical, mas matagal pa nga ang hinintay ko sa medical kesa sa pag kuha ng plastic ID.

    sa LTO sa shwa mabilis din. nagrenew officemate ko, mga 20-30 mins kasama na medical tapos nakuha na rin yung card.

    Bukod sa regular payment for license renewal, may addtl na penalty pag expired.. maliit lang naman.. kapag PRO ay 40 pesos/year at Non-PRO ay 30 pesos/year naman.. multiply na lang sa number of years expired..

    Baka puwedeng i-waive if you can present evidence that you were not in the country. Don't know. Best best is to ask the LTO chief in your area.

    pwede ka magrenew sa mga one-stop shops as long as andun sa database nila records mo otherwise punta ka sa main at duon ka na rin magrenew!
