Whether or not they are regulated locally, in principle, having blue lights are a bad idea due to two things:

    1. It's reserved for police and EMS (only as flashing lights)
    2. It's bad for night vision. Our eyes can't focus blue light very well. Even if you have a 20/20 vison, if you stare at a blue light from a distance in the dark, all you'll see is a blur or blob of blue light. Your eyes will try very hard to fcous on it but the fact that it can't, will likely only give you eye fatigue.

So, use the correct automotive light color.... White, red, and amber only.

Bawal. But very few authorities implement. Still, bawal.

So sunod na lang sa batas. If we really want change to come ;)

motor vehicle light combinations are standard. any other combination would only tend to confuse other motorists.
if we remember that many of our driving moves are part reflex, we can easily infer that having a non-standard light combination may just be enough to effect accidents on the road.

i quote some other guy (i forget who) when i say, "any other combination of lights is allowed, provided it not be visible on the outside".

Oo nga naman, if gusto mo ng ibang light color, ilagay mo sa loob ng car mo. Yung hindi makikita sa labas. Interior lighting lang.

Sa malayo it looks like a tail light talaga. Sarap batukan nung driver na yun
