Kalokohan talaga. What if you got stuck in traffic and lumagpas sa window hour mo? Unless malapit lang yung pupuntahan mo, this scheme virtually prevents you from using your car 3x a week.

Exactly. It's not as if traffic will move faster so you can get out of EDSA during the window times.

Malabo ang scheme na iyan,- wishful thinking sa mga motorista (na hindi maiipit) at sa MMDA na mag-e-enforce.

I guess no one thought of this one. Instead of coding scheme, why don't we just change our working hours timings? Public sectors including all levels in educations will start their working time 7am to 4pm. while those in the Private sectors will start at 10am to 7pm. In this way you can regulate the volume and flow of vehicles in the morning and as well as in the afternoon and night. dito kasi sa atin sabay sabay ang pasok ng mga tao kaya what do you expect in the morning and afternoon edi traffic. why dont we try this one.
