Malas mo na lang kung na ipit sa oras... But good luck na lang sa MMDA sa enforcement.

Pure BS. The whole scheme is too convoluted and will only result in confusion among motorists. At baket exempt ang mga PUVs? T*ngina tong si Orbos, wala talagang magawang tama!

Exactly. It's not as if traffic will move faster so you can get out of EDSA during the window times.

Floating the idea to assess how the public will react...

Malabo ang scheme na iyan,- wishful thinking sa mga motorista (na hindi maiipit) at sa MMDA na mag-e-enforce.

    Kung odd-even scheme,- iyong 7AM to 7PM(?) dapat.... M-W-F vs. T-Th-S

Malas ng 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 who work 8 to 5. They have to be at work before 7 and after 7.

I guess no one thought of this one. Instead of coding scheme, why don't we just change our working hours timings? Public sectors including all levels in educations will start their working time 7am to 4pm. while those in the Private sectors will start at 10am to 7pm. In this way you can regulate the volume and flow of vehicles in the morning and as well as in the afternoon and night. dito kasi sa atin sabay sabay ang pasok ng mga tao kaya what do you expect in the morning and afternoon edi traffic. why dont we try this one.

This is what I requested from my boss (to move my working hours to off peak hours)
