This idea was doomed from the start. Tama nga naman, remove half the cars and speed would increase to 40kph. But MMDA was probably thinking of an ideal world where the odd-plated vehicles would magically disappear once their window ends, and vice versa for the even plates.
Anyway, now MMDA is floating the idea of congestion pricing... ala Singapore CBD.

Mas ok yung Edsa Fee
- Less harsh kaysa itax heavily kotse. Hindi naman lahat sa metro manila nagdadrive. Sino gaganahan bumili vios na presyong singapore 5million pesos. (talaga hindi magkakatraffic sa singapore sa ganyan pressyo)
- No more coding-coding. Kwarta-kwarta na lang kung gusto dumaan ng edsa.
- At tama na sa singaporean makinig kasi wala agenda at maganda na karanasan. Pag sa hapones magkakaroon ng agenda dahil kotse sinusupply nila. (syempre gusto nyan araw-araw mo magamit kotse para mabilis wear and tear para palit agad parts.)
