Yup. I'm never gonna let a stranger ride in my car. I'd rather commute

Lagi na lang sa part of their plan is EDSA.

Effective naman for that time.

Once ma-implement nila yan at at i-enforce, baka magulat lang sila, dahil it was just a waste law created. Tapos may mga exemption pa sila na ipapatupad. Eh di bale wala rin.

They just like making people's life more complicated.

    brazil tried it, decades ago.
it just gave rise to the mini-industry of "passengers for hire".
the cheaper passengers who wore ordinary clothes, versus the more expensive ones who wore classier clothes.

    i can see it now.
the car drives and stops by the bus stop.
"i need one passenger. do i hear any bids?"

What about if you will only cross EDSA? I have super dark manyak tint so I am hoping they won't notice I avoid driving the stretch of EDSA na nga unless Waze tells me that traffic is terrible in other routes.

I'm too paranoid and particular with cleanliness to let strangers ride my car. I'd rather commute than do that.

Nope. All lanes in EDSA were considered as HOV lane.

I did not even know that leftmost is HOV. Is this all throughout EDSA? I only pass Ortigas to Makati

In the US, you can actually hire a driver when crossing very long bridges... like the one near Annapolis.

Car Jockey in Indonesia are people you pay to meet the required 3 passengers per car (3 in 1 rule).

I think they started the rule in 2003... Ended in 2016! It was a failure!
