I just found out the reason why my colleague is in the office before 7 and out by 9 pm is because of this HOV crap. I thought he had a lot of work lang hahaha. I really feel bad for him, he is in the office 14 hrs a day. I told him not to follow anymore since there is no penalty anyway but he didn't like e. Masunurin

If I had to pass EDSA, I will just ignore the HOV crap, my tint is super dark and I do not agree with this scheme, so I am still passing EDSA. There's no penalty anyway.

Tama naman yun, IF the budget is utilized to accomplish their agency's mandate- hindi yung hahanapan lang ng gagastusan on brainless projects. Somebody's footing the bill to send all those (useless*) alerts. Guess who? Our tax money.

*Useless kasi huli na. Worse, we'll soon suffer from "cry wolf" syndrome (getting tired at all the undue alarms) and will be disinclined to take them seriously if they do get it right. Yes, nalihis ang topic to the NDRMMC, but pareho din ang nangyayari with the MMDA on this proposal.

No one can blame those who dont want to cooperate. Kaya nga may sasakayan dahil ayaw na makipag sisiksikan at maghintay nang matagal sa public transport.

Meron pa nga sticker sa windshield dati na salitan lang ang babaan. Kapag bus A ka eto lang babaan mo. Kapag bus B ka, yung alternate naman. Di rin nagtagal.

Sa akin, it's all about political will. Tiklop parati sila sa mga bus companies and sa backer nila. Dapat kamay na bakal. Yung walang utang na loob. Kung gusto talaga ng change sa traffic management.

Kaso... Pilipinas. Haaaay Pilipinas kong mahal....

Because the MMDA is too busy counting the violators. (e.g. Dagupan bus terminal cubao, buses and cars from the yellow lane try to squeeze to the three lanes going to the underpass)

If only they could put personnel to manage those choke points, I am sure it'll be a lot better.
