Im looking at a 2nd hand car which looks fine. The prob. is that the ending plate is conflicting with my sched. Is it possible to change the reg. plate of the vehicle?

Nope not possible. Ako for almost 1 month, from Taft-Galleria/Greenhills/QC wala akong huli.

Basta WAG LANG SA MAKATI. Kahit ano ka pa paparahin ka nyan basta coding.

Pwede rin po kung talagang gusto nyo palitan. bakbakin mo plate mo then declare it lost/ninakaw. Medyo mabusisi nga lang process.

Just look for another car with plate number that would not conflict with your sked.
