Do you think a lifetime ban on driving was too harsh a penalty of Robert 'Blair' Carabuena for the attack on the MMDA officer?

Yes. I think that, though he should be rightfully punished, banning him for life from driving would be overreacting. Especially since he has since then already made a public apology.
We've all seen people on the road who did a whole lot worse get away with no more than a slap on the wrist.

too unforgiving, a couple of years DL suspension would do... just curious meron na bang precedent ito?

OA eto, isipin nyo na lan that he's also a car enthusiast like most of us here. Can you live without driving your beloved rig for life? Hehe, agree - a few months will do.

i agree that it's too harsh. bakit yung mga sira-ulong puv drivers di tanggalan ng license? mas delikado pa ginagawa nung mga tarantadong yon kesa kay carabuena.

I think it's an offshoot of their not attending the hearing or something.
If they do the same to the sira-ulong PUV drivers then i'll be quite happy.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
