Hi,
I'm planning to buy a second hand car and was wondering, besides the OR and COR, I also need to get a PNP Clearance for the car. Is this right? Should I be the one to get it or the seller/current owner of the car should provide it? Although, I'm not comfortable if he/she will be the one to get it because such papers can be faked. And I don't want to pay for the car and then get the PNP clearance after.
Can anyone give me some pointers.
Thanks.
