    those are Philippine Military Academy commemorative plates Sir.
    you don't have to be a Peemayer to get one, all you have to do is apply for one.
    The plate comes with the PMA seal on the left and you get to place a 6 character of your choice eched in blue. you get 3 options, bka nakuha na ng iba.
    Last time i asked, it was for 1500. I'll ask again d2 sa PMA Alumni Center.

    OT: Boybi, sorry, d2 pa rin young audio/bass cd. d ko makaalis.

    I asked the PMAAA Center. Hanggang September na lang authorized gamitin yung commemorative plates na yun.

    sulit pa ba yun 3 mos. for P1,5k? gano ba katagal makuha yung plate? color coding exempted ba?

    again, i inquired re your queries. di na sila nagbibigay ng application kasi di stop production na ito gawa nga na hanggang september na lang validity nito.

    and no, di ka pa rin exempted sa color coding maski you have the PMA commemorative plate.

    kung idikit mo siguro sa staff car, pwede. he he he
