February 18th, 2007 09:56 PM #2bro, hindi po pwede magpalit ng plate number ang mga kotse.. plate replacement lang yung pwede (replacement of plate, in case of lost or nasira, pero same letters and numbers pa din).

February 18th, 2007 10:28 PM #3actually, pwede mag papalit ng plate number. you have to have a valid reason for it, like death threats, etc.
