    guys, what if lang

    instead na sa car, ay sa may-ari na yong plate number? Pag binenta kotse, di kasama ang plaka, for a number of reasons.

    Pros: di na mauuso ang nakawan ng plates :lol:

    Cons: Sa iyo na ang number na iyan, lifetime, pwede ring ipamana

    mas ok sana yan. mas magiging sulit bumili ng personalized plates. alam ko sa hongkong ganyan ang systema.

    also, para naman magkaroon naman ng pagkakataon makapili ng plates yung mga 2nd hand car buyers.

    di pede yan dito....una mawawala delihensya ng LTO/TMG, pangalawa, security reasons, madali ng maa-ID ang dapat kidnapin or nakawan.

    its ur choice naman if u want to kip ur plate so kung takot ka makidnap...palitan mo yung kotse n don't get the plate no.

    boybi is right... you get to keep your plates in hk... we have a few cars in hk... and if you want to get a certain plate number... you'd have to bid for it in an auction...

    one good thing also about having a car in hk... if it's about 10 years old (like my dad's 90 BMW 525i... the HK gov't would buy it from you at market price and then would CRUSH IT !!!!!!! into a small metal block... (haaayyy sayang... if only you could import it back here in the PI... hehehe... ok pa rin yon... kahit 1990 pa...)

    is it true na ang military (officers) ay may personalized plate #?
    ganito kasi yung tinignan kung trooper na 2002 na bnibenta...
    yung nasa warranty booklet ay iba ???

    ang alam ko walang bayad ang 313 , yan ang no. ng friend ko and kakalabas lang last Feb. yung plate nya. ang may bayad na P3k is 0 ang middle no. like 101, 202, 303 etc.

    what if i want certain # combinations like 422 or something like that.. mgkano?? and pde ba plitan current plate # ko if ever gus2 ko mgpapersonalize or sa brand new cars lang applicable personalized plates?? :roll:
